Refunds are available in the following circumstances:

- There was an error in your order, such as the wrong item being sent.

3. Refund Approval
Once we receive your request and confirm that the return or refund conditions are met, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to be processed depends on your payment provider and may take up to 7–10 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Some items are not eligible for a refund, including but not limited to:
- Items that are used or damaged due to mishandling by the customer.
- Items purchased through promotional or discounted sales.
- Personalized or custom items that were made to your specifications.
5. Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges for items purchased. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please follow the refund request process to receive a full refund.
6. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed for shipment. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@mystiq.in . Once your order is shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded, but you can follow the refund process if there is an issue with the product upon arrival.
7. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect. If a refund is granted, the cost of the item(s) will be refunded but not the original shipping charges.
